Hi there! I’m so happy you found my blog and I hope that you will be too. This is a space that I created to share my experiences dealing with narcissistic abuse and the impacts it’s had on me fundamentally. I was married to “The Good Guy” for 5 years (together for 10) and while everyone on the outside said I was “Such a Lucky Girl” the reality was much more…..chaotic. It was a true Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde situation.

Reflecting on my past offers the opportunity to heal myself, but I also hope that it helps others. Ideally, you’ll walk away from each post with a better understanding of what red flags to look for so you can get out before it’s too late.
